He also discussed ve key questions for the FOMC—on global uncertainty, U.S. nancial conditions, labor markets, in ation and the dollar. The speech, attended by about 175 people, was presented at the University of Arkansas-Fort Smith, which was the co-sponsor along with the Fort Smith Regional Chamber of Commerce.
