February 27, 2019 The Federal Reserve Board announces approval of application by WSFS Financial Corporation For release at 3:00 p.m. EST Share The Federal Reserve Board on Wednesday announced its approval of the application under section 10(e) of the Home Owners' Loan Act by WSFS Financial Corporation, Wilmington, Delaware, to acquire Beneficial Bancorp, Inc. and thereby indirectly acquire Beneficial Bank, both of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
