February 24, 2017 Federal Reserve Board announces approval of application by F.N.B. Corporation For release at 3:00 p.m. EST Share The Federal Reserve Board on Friday announced its approval of the application under section 3 of the Bank Holding Company Act of 1956 by F.N.B. Corporation, Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, to merge with Yadkin Financial Corporation, Raleigh, and thereby indirectly acquire its wholly owned subsidiary, Yadkin Bank, Statesville, both of North Carolina.
