November 15, 2016 Federal Reserve Board announces approval of application by BOK Financial Corporation For release at 3:30 p.m. EST Share The Federal Reserve Board on Tuesday, announced its approval of the application under section 3 of the Bank Holding Company Act by BOK Financial Corporation, Tulsa, Oklahoma, to acquire MBT Bancshares, Inc., and thereby indirectly acquire Missouri Bank and Trust Company of Kansas City, both of Kansas City, Missouri.
