October 14, 2016 Federal Reserve Board announces approval of application by BNC Bancorp For release at 5:00 p.m. EDT Share The Federal Reserve Board on Friday announced its approval of the application under section 3 of the Bank Holding Company Act by BNC Bancorp to merge with High Point Bank Corporation and thereby indirectly acquire High Point Bank and Trust Company, all of High Point, North Carolina.
