March 31, 2014 Federal Reserve Board announces approval of application by Community & Southern Holdings, Inc. For immediate release Share The Federal Reserve Board on Monday announced its approval of the application under section 3 of the Bank Holding Company Act for Community & Southern Holdings, Inc., Atlanta, Georgia, to merge with Verity Capital Group, Inc. and to acquire its subsidiary bank, Verity Bank, both of Winder, Georgia. Attached is the Board's Order relating to this action. Attachment
