January 13, 2014 Federal Reserve announces approval of application by Wing Lung Bank Ltd. For immediate release Share The Federal Reserve Board on Monday announced its approval of the application of Wing Lung Bank Ltd., Hong Kong SAR, People’s Republic of China, to establish branches in San Francisco and Alhambra, both in California.
