November 23, 2011 Federal Reserve Board announces approval of application by Green Dot Corporation to acquire Bonneville Bancorp For immediate release Share The Federal Reserve Board on Wednesday announced its approval of the application of Green Dot Corporation, Monrovia, California, to acquire Bonneville Bancorp ("Bonneville") and thereby indirectly acquire Bonneville's wholly owned subsidiary bank, Bonneville Bank, both of Provo, Utah.
