September 23, 2010 Written agreement with Miners and Merchants Bancorp and TruPoint Bank For immediate release Share The Federal Reserve Board on Thursday announced the execution of a Written Agreement by and among Miners and Merchants Bancorp, Inc., Grundy, Virginia, a registered bank holding company, TruPoint Bank, Grundy, Virginia, a state-chartered member bank, and the Federal Reserve Bank of Richmond.
