September 16, 2010 Written agreement with South Group Bancshares For immediate release Share The Federal Reserve Board on Thursday announced the execution of a Written Agreement by and among South Group Bancshares, Inc., Glennville, Georgia, a registered bank holding company, the Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta, and the Banking Commissioner of the State of Georgia.
