August 16, 2010 Written agreement with Madison Financial Corporation and Madison Bank For immediate release Share The Federal Reserve Board on Monday announced the execution of a Written Agreement by and among Madison Financial Corporation, Richmond, Kentucky, a registered bank holding company, Madison Bank, Richmond, Kentucky, a state-chartered member bank, the Federal Reserve Bank of Cleveland, and the Commonwealth of Kentucky Department of Financial Institutions. A copy of the Written Agreement is attached. Attachment
