August 12, 2010 Written agreement with Brand Group Holdings and The Brand Banking Company For immediate release Share The Federal Reserve Board on Thursday announced the execution of a Written Agreement by and among Brand Group Holdings, Inc., Lawrenceville, Georgia, a registered bank holding company, The Brand Banking Company, Lawrenceville, Georgia, a state-chartered member bank, the Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta, and the Banking Commissioner of the State of Georgia. A copy of the Written Agreement is attached. Attachment
