June 17, 2010 Written agreement with Hampton Roads Bankshares and Bank of Hampton Roads For immediate release Share The Federal Reserve Board on Thursday announced the execution of a Written Agreement by and among Hampton Roads Bankshares, Inc., Norfolk, Virginia, a registered bank holding company, its subsidiary bank, Bank of Hampton Roads, Norfolk, Virginia, a state-chartered member bank, the Federal Reserve Bank of Richmond, and the Virginia Bureau of Financial Institutions. A copy of the Written Agreement is attached. Attachment
