April 26, 2010 Written agreement with East Dubuque Bancshares and East Dubuque Savings Bank For immediate release Share The Federal Reserve Board on Monday announced the execution of a Written Agreement by and among East Dubuque Bancshares, Inc., East Dubuque, Illinois, a registered bank holding company, East Dubuque Savings Bank, Dubuque, Iowa, a state chartered member bank, and the Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago. A copy of the Written Agreement is attached. Attachment
