March 15, 2010 Written agreement with First Chicago Bancorp and First Chicago Bank & Trust For immediate release Share The Federal Reserve Board on Monday announced the execution of a Written Agreement by and among First Chicago Bancorp, a registered bank holding company, First Chicago Bank & Trust, a state chartered member bank, both of Chicago, Illinois, the Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago, and the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation, Division of Banking. A copy of the Written Agreement is attached. Attachment
