February 02, 2010 Written agreement with Rising Sun Bancorp and NBRS Financial Bank For immediate release Share The Federal Reserve Board on Tuesday announced the execution of a Written Agreement by and among Rising Sun Bancorp, a registered bank holding company, NBRS Financial Bank, a state chartered member bank, both of Rising Sun, Maryland, the Federal Reserve Bank of Richmond, and the Maryland Division of Financial Regulation. A copy of the Written Agreement is attached. Attachment
