December 24, 2009 Written agreement with Centrue Financial Corporation and Centrue Bank For immediate release Share The Federal Reserve Board on Thursday announced the execution of a Written Agreement by and among Centrue Financial Corporation, Clayton, Missouri, a registered bank holding company, Centrue Bank, Streator, Illinois, a state chartered member bank, the Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago, and the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation, Division of Banking. A copy of the Written Agreement is attached. Attachment
