For immediate release Share The Federal Reserve Board on Monday announced the execution of a Written Agreement by and among Butler Bancorp, MHC and Butler Bancorp, Inc., registered bank holding companies, both of Lowell, Massachusetts, and the Federal Reserve Bank of Boston.
