October 01, 2009 Written agreement with Coastal Financial Corporation and Coastal Community Bank For immediate release Share The Federal Reserve Board on Thursday announced the execution of a Written Agreement by and among Coastal Financial Corporation, a registered bank holding company, Coastal Community Bank, a state chartered member bank, both of Everett, Washington, and the Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco.
