September 16, 2009 Cease and desist order against Irwin Financial Corporation and Irwin Union Bank and Trust For immediate release Share The Federal Reserve Board on Wednesday announced the execution of a consent Cease and Desist Order by and among Irwin Financial Corporation, a registered bank holding company, Irwin Union Bank and Trust Company, a state chartered member bank, both of Columbus, Indiana, the Federal Reserve Board, and the Indiana Department of Financial Institutions.
