Order of prohibition against Ronnie A. Jenkins

The Federal Reserve Board on Thursday announced the issuance of a Consent Order of Prohibition against Ronnie A. Jenkins, a former vice president, loan officer, and institution-affiliated party of Middleburg Bank ("the Bank"), Middleburg, Virginia, a state member bank.
Mr. Jenkins, without admitting to any allegations, consented to the issuance of the Order which was based on his alleged participation in violations of law, unsafe and unsound banking practices, and breaches of fiduciary duty in connection with his activities as a loan officer of the Bank.
A copy of the Order is attached.
