July 09, 2009 Written agreement with First State Bancorporation and First Community Bank For immediate release Share The Federal Reserve Board on Thursday announced the execution of a Written Agreement by and among First State Bancorporation, Albuquerque, New Mexico, a registered bank holding company, First Community Bank, Taos, New Mexico, a state chartered member bank, the Federal Reserve Bank of Kansas City, and the New Mexico Regulation and Licensing Department, Financial Institutions Division. A copy of the Written Agreement is attached. Attachment
