June 04, 2009 Written agreement with Tradition Bancshares and Tradition Bank For immediate release Share The Federal Reserve Board on Thursday announced the execution of a Written Agreement by and among Tradition Bancshares, Inc., a registered bank holding company, and Tradition Bank, a state chartered member bank, both of Houston, Texas, the Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas, and the Texas Department of Banking. A copy of the Written Agreement is attached. Attachment
