March 20, 2009 Written agreement with Thunder Bancorp For immediate release Share The Federal Reserve Board on Friday announced the execution of a Written Agreement by and among Thunder Bancorp, Inc., a registered bank holding company, Thunder Bank, a state chartered member bank, both of Sylvan Grove, Kansas, and the Federal Reserve Bank of Kansas City. A copy of the Written Agreement is attached. Attachment
