November 19, 2008 Written agreement with Southern Community Bancshares For immediate release Share The Federal Reserve Board on Wednesday announced the execution of a Written Agreement by and among Southern Community Bancshares, Inc., Fayetteville, Georgia, a registered bank holding company, the Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta, and the Banking Commissioner of the State of Georgia.
