September 17, 2008 Written agreement with Hastings Bancorp, Inc. For immediate release Share The Federal Reserve Board on Wednesday announced the execution of a Written Agreement by and between Hastings Bancorp, Inc., Hastings, Nebraska, a registered bank holding company that owns and controls Hastings State Bank, Hastings, Nebraska, a state chartered nonmember bank, and the Federal Reserve Bank of Kansas City. A copy of the Written Agreement is attached. Attachment
