August 07, 2007 Approval of proposal by Mercantile Bancorp For immediate release Share The Federal Reserve Board on Tuesday announced its approval of the proposal filed by Mercantile Bancorp, Inc., Quincy, Illinois, to acquire HNB Financial Services, Inc. and its subsidiary bank, HNB National Bank, both of Hannibal, Missouri.
