April 30, 2007 Order of prohibition against Bonnie C. Milne For immediate release Share The Federal Reserve Board on Monday announced the issuance of an Order of Prohibition against Bonnie C. Milne, a former employee and institution-affiliated party of First Interstate Bank, Casper, Wyoming. Ms. Milne, without admitting to any allegations, consented to the issuance of the Order due to her alleged participation in violations of law, unsafe and unsound banking practices, and breaches of fiduciary duty to the Bank and its customers in connection with her embezzlement of $20,625 from the Bank. A copy of the Order is attached. Attachment
