March 09, 2007 Approval of proposal by The Industrial Bank of Taiwan For immediate release Share The Federal Reserve Board on Friday announced its approval of the proposal by The Industrial Bank of Taiwan Co., Ltd., Taipei, Taiwan, and its wholly owned subsidiary, IBT Holdings Corp., Cerritos, California, to become bank holding companies and to acquire EverTrust Bank, City of Industry, California. Attached is the Board's Order relating to this action. Attachment
