March 01, 2007 Approval of proposal by Community Bankshares, Inc. For immediate release Share The Federal Reserve Board on Thursday announced its approval of the proposal by Community Bankshares, Inc., Greenwood Village, to acquire Citizens Financial Corporation and its subsidiary bank, The Citizens State Bank of Cortez, both of Cortez, all in Colorado.
