December 12, 2006 Approval of proposal by Citizens Banking Corporation For immediate release Share The Federal Reserve Board on Tuesday announced its approval of the proposal by Citizens Banking Corporation, Flint, to acquire Republic Bancorp Inc., Owosso, and its subsidiary bank, Republic Bank, Lansing, all in Michigan.
