September 15, 2006 Approval of proposal byÂ PassumpsicÂ Bancorp For immediate release Share The Federal Reserve Board on Friday announced its approval of the application filed by Passumpsic Bancorp, St. Johnsbury, Vermont, to merge with The Siwooganock Holding Company, Inc. ("Siwooganock") and acquire its subsidiary bank, The Siwooganock Bank, and Siwooganock's ownership of 10 percent of the voting shares of The Lancaster National Bank, all of Lancaster, New Hampshire. Attached is the Board's Order relating to this action. Attachment
