June 08, 2006 Approval of proposal by Banco Latinoamericano de Exportaciones For immediate release Share The Federal Reserve Board on Thursday announced its approval of the notice under section 4 of the Bank Holding Company Act by Banco Latinoamericano de Exportaciones S.A., Panama City, Republic of Panama, to act as a certification authority in connection with financial and nonfinancial transactions and engage in other related activities.
