February 24, 2006 Approval of proposal by Sky Financial Group For immediate release Share The Federal Reserve Board on Friday announced its approval of the application under section 3 of the Bank Holding Company Act by Sky Financial Group, Inc., Bowling Green, to acquire up to 9.99 percent of the voting shares of LNB Bancorp, Inc., Lorain, both of Ohio.
